Join Mary Reher in an intimate group addressing loss, grief, and change through an arts-based therapeutic program.
Held in her private studio, Mary will facilitate a small group in a series of sessions to navigate the suffering that comes from loss, using the tools of guided relaxation, deep music listening, creative expression, and sharing.
In each of the three sessions, Mary will be your guide through the process, providing a starting point for your inward journey, and facilitating the process and conversation as you share with each other. The sessions will include:
Music offers the potential to reach beyond the surface into deeper parts of ourselves. From this place we can receive images that sometimes bring insights, wisdom, and spiritual nourishment. The experience can be a soothing, useful ingredient in the long journey of processing a loss, and healing.
Carried out in silence, this helps to integrate the music listening experience and can often invite meaning.
Sharing individual experiences with others, in a safe place, often reveals commonalities and a sense of companionship that can tap into a deeper place of consciousness and healing.
Grief and loss takes many forms, and reaching into our inner lives can be helpful in these times of crisis and change, regardless of the nature of the loss.
If you are experiencing any of these, this is a program that may be of benefit to you. We Are Not Alone is for people who are interested in growth, understanding and support during their healing journey through a time of loss and change.
